Insurance and Disclaimer
DAYMISFURRY, along with its carriers, is responsible for your goods while they are in transit, up until delivery to your specified address. A signature will always be required upon delivery, after which responsibility for the goods transfers to you. Anyone present at the delivery address may be asked to sign for the parcel, so please ensure that it is delivered to a safe and accessible location. A signed delivery is considered evidence of receipt and fulfillment by DAYMISFURRY. Please note, DAYMISFURRY is not responsible for delays caused by air or postal strikes, or by customs clearance processes at the destination.

Our Return Policy
DAYMISFURRY offers a return option within 14 days of receiving your product. Please note that return items must be sent via recorded delivery, and customers are responsible for any postage costs for exchanges or returns.
Important: We cannot accept returns for personalized or pre-order items. Please allow 3-5 working days for exchanges and refunds. For a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition with tags still intact.
